We have come to the most crucial part of your international move; the delivery of your household possessions. It is our goal to make your delivery as smooth as possible.  To ensure this, we work closely with our destination partners at every stage leading up to and including delivery to you.

Our Destination Partner Will Contact You Upon Arrival

Our destination partner will contact you in advance to confirm your delivery address, date of delivery and to alert you if any additional information or documentation is necessary to clear your household goods shipment through customs.  If you are unable to take immediate delivery of your household goods, they will arrange for storage to keep your shipment safe while it waits to be delivered.  Your insurance protection can be extended as well in the case that you need storage for a lengthy duration.  Our partner will also assist you if you need any additional services such as a handyman or maid.

Our Destination Partner Will Deliver The Consignment At The Agreed Dates.

Our partner will provide you with a copy of your pack list so that you may verify each item as it is delivered.  They will unpack and reassemble items that were disassembled at your origin home, and help you to arrange a handyman for any complex or specialized assemblies.  Once all is unpacked, they will remove the cartons and other packing debris from your home.

Upon completion of delivery, our partner agent will do a ‘walk-around’ inspection with you to check that all is in order, and provide you with a delivery confirmation receipt.  As a final step, they will provide you with assistance and liaise with Helutrans in the event that an insurance claim must be filed.
